Police Update:

The following is a local policing update for the Rural Flegg Villages neighbourhood

Weekly crime summary 20 September 2016

This weekend the Out There International Festival of Street Arts & Circus took place in Great Yarmouth.  Despite the cooler weather the event was really well attended with over 50,000 people visiting the town.

We undertook visible foot beat patrols with officers and cadets working with partner agencies to manage the event, which was fantastic and passed with very few issues.

It was great to see the town can host such a big event with no increase in crime and a family friendly atmosphere throughout.

We would like to thank the people of Great Yarmouth and beyond for your participation and attendance. Without you the event would not have been such a great success.
