The January meeting has been cancelled due to the increase in cases of Covid-19. Consideration has been given to the transmission rate of the most recent omicron variant whilst assessing the risk to vulnerable members of the community. Agenda items will be moved to the February meeting.
People living in Rural Flegg Villages can raise concerns over crime or issues in their communities with their local police officer this month.
PC Gary May, Great Yarmouth Police Rural Flegg Villages Beat Manager, will be holding what are described as “pop up engagement” events in Martham, Filby and Thurne.
On Tuesday, January 18 PC May will be at the Village Green in Martham between 11am and 12pm.
Then on Wednesday, January 26 PC May will be at Filby Post Office between 12pm and 1pm.
Finally on Thursday, January 27 PC May will be at The Staithe in Thurne, between 11am and 12pm.
Allotment Rent Notification/Invoice and Tenancy Agreements
The Annual Rent for your allotment plot/s is due for the period of

Full plot: £42.00 and a Half plot: £21.00

If this is not possible then please send a cheque to –

Once payment is received this will be treated as your confirmation and agreement of your Tenancy Agreement. You do not need to send back your agreement. If you no longer wish to continue to cultivate this area, please advise us so that the plot can be reallocated to the next person on the waiting list.
