Thankyou to all our Martham Wildlife Area volunteers for their work this week. Here’s an update from Steve Pinnington on our current projects:
“We have had a successful couple of days clearing the Martham Churchyard Wildlife Areas. A wet Wednesday morning didn’t stop the cut – thanks to Jerry and Dave for helping out with that task. Then yesterday there was a fine turnout of 9 of us to rake up and remove the cuttings. – a big thank you for their hard work. All set now for the season and we will try and introduce some more wild plants to the two sites.
Don’t forget there will be a task on Common Rd Smee on Saturday 13th April.
