THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (MARTHAM, VARIOUS ROAD)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2015
The Norfolk County Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which on vehicles will be to prohibit waiting at any time along the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.
The following Order will become revoked on the date of commencement of this Order as follows:
“The Norfolk County Council (Martham, Various Roads)(Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2011” in its entirety.
A copy of the Order, a Statement of Reasons for making the Order, and a plan, may be inspected at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, , Norfolk NR1 2DH, and at the offices of Great Yarmouth Borough Council, Town Hall, Hall Plain, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 2QF during normal office hours.
Any objections and representations relating to the Order must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. All correspondence for these proposals must be received at the office of the Department of Legal Services, Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2DH, marked for the attention of Mr. D Panchal, by 6 October 2015. They may also be emailed to trafficorders@norfolk.gov.uk.
