Policing Update;

Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Great Yarmouth.

A property in Midland Close was broken into sometime between 9.30pm and 10.30pm on Saturday 12 March 2016. Two televisions, a gold watch, some hair clippers, a bottle of alcohol and a small quantity of cash were among the items stolen.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area between the times stated should contact DC Gavin Rivett at Great Yarmouth CID on 101.

Two mountain bikes stolen in Great Yarmouth

Police are appealing for information after two bikes were stolen in Great Yarmouth.

The bikes were taken from outside an address in Albion Road between 4pm and 7.30pm on Saturday 27 February 2016.

The bikes are described as being a silver Raleigh mountain bike with pink and grey stickers, no brakes and two flat tyres and a red mountain bike.

Witness appeal after man punched in Great Yarmouth assault

Officers are appealing for witnesses to an assault that took place in Great Yarmouth last week.

The incident happened sometime between 2pm and 4pm on Wednesday 9 March 2016, when an altercation broke out between two males in a supermarket car park in Acle New Road.

The incident has resulted in one man being punched in the face.

A man in his early 40s has been arrested on suspicion of assault and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
